I had this layout “hiding” in my look in feel between< ! – - – - > Though I like it I think I’ll start looking for a new one. It’s been a long time since I’ve given my xanga a makeover.
I can’t believe that I just came to your page and saw this complete makeover! I’m a total new layout whore with my page, but not seeing the normal style on yours is crazy! I love it! (Not that there was anything wrong with the former simplicity.)
I’m sorry that I consumed so much of your (not-so) free time Sunday. I really enjoyed your company, though! I hope that graduating will help to relieve so much of this stress you’ve been feeling. I can’t speak from any sort of experience, but I’d imagine that this last semester is likely the toughest of them all.
I realize you might not have been talking about me, but I hope you know that I would never judge you based on your relationship status, and I apologize if at any point I presented myself that way. I think that there’s something incredibly respectable about how independent you are, regardless of whether or not you feel lonely at times. I’m sure you do, since everyone does, but you still get through it and do what you need to do. For a very long time, I’ve been too weak to have that attitude, and I admire that about you.
As for what you want in a guy, people like that do exist, but I’m convinced that the kind of person you’re describing is someone you would meet later in life, after being established in your career and such. I don’t think your standards are too high; there’s nothing wrong with knowing what you want. The fact that no one yet matches your criteria says nothing to whether or not doing so is possible — you’re just beginning your life as an adult and, honestly, it’ll probably take at least a couple of years for your male peers to catch up to you in maturity!
I often have similar “fleeting” thoughts of creativity. I hope you don’t get too sad about them. This is yet another thing that I believe establishing a career and semi-permanent residence will permit; once you’ve gotten into a regular routine with wherever you end up working/living, your free time will be so much more open and consistent! True, your daily working hours will likely outnumber the ones you currently spend in class, but you won’t have the stress of time-sucking homework to deal with. You’ll be able to plan time to do just about anything you’d like! You’re so close to that moment, and I can’t wait for it to happen! There’s absolutely no reason why you can’t pursue any of those things you mentioned; it’ll be especially easy to work them into your schedule while you’re still single!
Yet another ridiculously long comment, especially since it referenced two other entries
There aren’t really any Xanga layout sites still in existence…Xanga’s themes formatting sort of destroyed the market. Unless you can find some older sites still listing their links, you’ll probably have to make your own, which I’m sure would be super cute!
